Ancillary is committed to providing the quickest, least expensive and most effective method of international process service on German companies. We are the nation’s leading international process service company, and have been appointed by U.S. Courts to serve hundreds of suits against the German automobile manufacturers Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche.
Ancillary has developed time and cost savings routines as well as drafting techniques which reduce translation costs and creates significant discounts for Hague Service Requests in multi-party plaintiff litigation.
Service of process can only be made in Germany under the procedures of an international service of process treaty called the Hague Convention. Service is made by an official of the foreign Court through their Ministry. Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, 20 UST 361, 658 U.N.T.S. 163, 28 USCA (Appendix following FRCP, Rule 4). Translations are required.
